Ingredients: 4 pork chops, flour mixture, 1 can of Cream of Asparagus soup (condensed)
- Coat the pork chops in flour. (I make a mixture of flour, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder)
- Pan fry the pork chops until fully cooked.
- Drain the oil. Turn down to a medium-ish heat.
- Place pork chops back in the pan. Spread cream of asparagus on top of pork chops and cover. Simmer until soup starts bubbling.
